Toonflow is an AI-powered tool designed for efficient short-drama and comic creation. It automates the transformation of novels into scripts, integrating AI-generated images and videos to streamline the entire text-to-visual production pipeline, aiming for a 10x+ increase in creative efficiency with a zero-threshold entry point.

How It Works

The system employs a multi-stage AI pipeline. It begins by analyzing novel text to generate detailed character profiles. Subsequently, it produces structured scripts, including dialogue and scene descriptions, from selected story segments. An AI then translates script content into storyboard prompts and visual designs, culminating in video synthesis using integrated AI image and video generation technologies, with options for online editing.

Quick Start & Requirements

• Prerequisites: Requires API access to a Large Language Model (LLM), a Sora or Doubao video service, and the Nano Banana Pro image generation model.
• Installation:
  • Windows: Download and install the official release package.
  • Linux/macOS: Releases are "coming soon."
  • Server Deployment: Requires Ubuntu 20.04+/CentOS 7+, Node.js 23.11.1+, and 1GB+ RAM. Deployment involves cloning the repository, installing Node.js/Yarn/PM2, running yarn install and yarn build, configuring pm2.json, and starting the service via PM2.
